Shambala Cultural Museum, Yading (香巴拉文化博物馆)

Situated at 3,900 metres above sea level, the Shambala Cultural Museum is the highest-altitude cultural museum in the world. The construction took only 150 days. One may get off at “stop #2” when taking the Aden Scenic Area’s (often referred to as Daocheng Yading Scenic Area) interior bus service to access this museum at Yading Village.

The second floor is a bookstore, souvenir store and cafe. Another portion of this floor is the exhibit area and multimedia theatre. The indoor space is pressurised for comfort, while supplying expansive view of the breathtaking surroundings.

The top floor has an open deck for outdoor enjoyment of the view and the air.
